|Distance Selling Regulations 2000|
|The Bird Table adheres to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which state that from the time the order is placed up until seven working days from the "day after" the day the goods are received, the consumer has the right to cancel the order. A refund of all monies including postage and packaging will be made by us within 30 days of cancellation. We will request that the goods (in their original condition) are returned at the consumers cost, and if they are|
not returned will collect them
and deduct the direct cost from the refund. This does not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our policy is to respond to all complaints within 2 working days at the latest...in practice we normally respond on the same day.
Please be sure to supply us with full contact details if communicating by email. We keep customers fully informed throughout
the process regarding the time it will take to resolve the complaint and the course of action we are taking.
